Hi,

We are sitting by the road on top of the village of Mabu. Talking about what did wrong and what we did fine.

We had a 2 hours to here. We had a falling apart jeep with a crazy driver. We stood outside watching the views that kept changing every second.

Yesterday we took a trip to the center of Namsaling to check the bio-gas reactors. When we came back we checked out the concrete blocks. It didn’t look good, so we decided to wet it in a bucket of water. In the real test you let it stay in a bucket for the 24 first hours, but we tried to fit the test to reality.

The conversation went on to pretty personal problems of who did what and how.
I had an engineering problem I didn’t solve. While others manage to take criticism, or at least face they cannot. I usually just sink in to myself in self castigation.

I set down by the fire in the evening with everybody around, when I’m inside myself thinking and wondering about the problem. I know I made a mistake and I should have song with everybody and let it go for the moment. Self castigation, and I keep doing it to myself. But I just couldn’t, the problem I might hurt some people – probably the manager of BSP (Parkash). He got confused with my name – so he gave a nickname :-).

The all trip got me feel more and more like a summer camp in the scouts (the Americans kept talking about their summer camp that so different from what we had). So I did what you do in summer camps – I helped wash the dishes. The woman were so happy, for helping them, and they kept teaching me Nepali words.

Take Care
Gad
