After walking around made me calm a bit. I can’t really lie to anyone about where I come from and where I stay (sometimes you just say an Arabic word in a different way and they straight a way asks you if you are from Palestine… ). Instead of saying I’m an Israeli, I just let him do the talking saved me a lot of mass.

The temples where amazing. But both of the tour books kept saying when and who built them and a lot of other stuff you won’t remember in 5 minutes anyway…

We found Lidit – An Israeli which I’ll fly with to Nepal next month. She made me feel good for two reasons. First of all for not having the cruise (“A bunch of old spoiled rich people….”). The second was that she got 2 security man because she is doing her second degree in Israel (I am an Israeli for 26 years and still free to walk around alone).

I was supposed to fly here with of both of my roommates (Israeli of course). The first didn’t got a visa, although she got American passport. It will be pretty funny if the second roommate, Anya, also won’t get a visa – basically she works here for the airline company. In that case I will be the only one from the apartment to get to Egypt that summer :-).

It’s amazing – The 3rd world. Talking the same language – poverty. Going out of the door and meet chicken in the streets. I don’t think they got the idea of sidewalks…

Take care
Gad
