There aren’t so many rivers in Israel, as you have probably noticed.
We have the Jordan river, although it is probably should be consider as a stream =) I am telling you this so you will understand that I don’t have so much experience in rivers. And not so much experience in taking a boat on them.
The Grijalva River in the amazing Sumidero Canyon is something else. It is a river =)
Taking a boat trip up the river, is something else then kayaking down the Jordan river. And getting to the end of the tour and get to the dam is really different…Especially when there is no damn Dam!…
Of course there is a dam… I just got disoriented… We were going down the stream =) and not up the stream as I thought we are.
I got experience in navigation, but as I said I don’t have experience in rivers =)
