Adis Ababa, Ethiopia
Hi,
The luxury buses are called Sky-Bus, but apparently the real Sky-Buses here are the planes of the domestic flights of Ethiopian Airlines .
They have a stop in any major city =)
On the way here, I also felt like on a flying bus – for some reason our flight landed in Cairo (Egypt), wait for an hour and took-off to Ethiopia. Not only that it makes the flight two times longer (6 hours instead of 3), it wasn’t really a stop. We landed wait for an hour and took-off, nobody got up or down.
Only later someone explained me why they do it. The flight has to go over Sudan which is an hostile country (at least for me), and when it land in Cairo and take-off again it is registered as taking off from Egypt and not from Israel .
