Hi,
Schadenfreude.
I had to search Wikipedia for the name of this emotion – ‘harm joy‘.
That is what ruled my Facebook wall since the Terror attack in Paris. I want to say that doesn’t represent us…
But I sorry to say:  I do understand those people:
ISIS shoots down a Russian civilian airplane over Sinai less than a month ago and the Knife intifada that running here for the past two months (and only today ended in 5 dead) pass around the world like they are ordinary.
While a terror attack in Paris is treated as the most brutal thing ever around the world. Maybe because it isn’t that common (and civil airplanes that shoot down are? Charlie Hebdo wasn’t that long ago), or because French didn’t attack ISIS before (She did) or maybe because it is in Paris. In the city of lights and not the Middle East or in East Europe where the barbarians are shooting each other for stupid reason.

My mother love to use the phrase: to take out the head out of the ass. With all the ‘Schadenfreude’, people here hope that will help the Western world to get his head out of his ass
Unfortunately- It doesn’t sound like that going to happen. I have listened to Reseht bet (an Israeli radio station) the day after the attack, when they have read all the French newspaper.
Most of them didn’t recognized the terrorists as Jihadists, only as terrorists.
The band that had the show in the Bataclan, Eagles of Death Metal, preformed in Israel a month ago. The Theater itself used to be under Jewish owners, Pascal and Joel Laloux. It held pro-Israel events and was target for anti-Zionist activists. A video from 2008 shows some protesters stating “We came here to pass along a small message. Be warned. Next time we won’t be coming here to talk.”
There for, Le Point decided, the target wasn’t French. It was Israel. Again those Barbarian bring their war here….
What can I say – ‘They have eyes but cannot see. The have ears but cannot hear.”Psalms 125

Take Care
