Tupperware boxes

Hi,

Now that we have Jannaeus, we got the best food. After all now Atzva is also and Ima, that means that the food she cooks is the best. That also mean, that she had joined the hunt after the Tupperware (food boxes) in which she send me food for lunch.

From the time I have moved to live by myself, Ima used to send me some food for the week. But don’t think I am special, she does it to all of us. So we can concentrate on the study. That was true for the time that we were students. Now we got food in boxes so we “can focus on the baby”. I don’t what is the reason she will sent us food when we’ll be grandparents

The problem with sending the food inside those boxes is that  we don’t remember to bring it back to our parents house when we come to visit… In that point Ima got mad on us. But she cannot send us home without food, So she goes and get some more boxes. and when we bring them back there is no room for it in the boxes drawer. And in this point she got really angry (usually she think the boxes got lost, that is probably because this is our accuse for not bringing it in the first place). Now, you may think it is only our family…

You may think that this all issue is only our family problem. But it seems to be an all Israeli issue: because the small distances the children come to visit in Saturday every couple of weeks, and takes some of the food for the rest of the week. Not long ago a caricature was published in one of the papers – showing the mother holding an empty can of paint and saying: “next time they won’t bring boxes – I will send food in this box!”

Take care
Gad

The caricature:
1. Look on those pieces of shit, each weekend I send them food in boxes and tell them to bring it back
2. But it never comes back, or they bring it back with wrong covers. They don’t cost much, but they are my plastic boxes!
3. next time they  food in this paint box!
