“Saturday morning events” in Mitzpe Yair

Hi,
“Saturday morning events” we call them, when the settlers and the Palestinians both have spare time to fight. And the Europeans cameraman take record of all.

We had a glimpse on kind of it event yesterday near Susya. Today we ordered to sit in Mitzpe Yair and wait for Said and is 17 children. The area near Mitzpe Yair belongs to him. He comes, the children play football and his wife makes coffee.

Then the settlers of Mitzpe Yair come down and claim that this area belongs to them.

The army use the only tool he got: declare of this area as “closed military area“.

We wait there today for Said to come. He was late, so we called him to see that everything is OK but we didn’t catch him. When he finally got, he played the game. Aware to the declaration of the area as Closed military zone, he sat on the edge of the area and didn’t let the kids enter the area.

An hour and an half later the pack their things and went back home.

Quiet Saturday morning.

Take care

Gad
