In Judaism you are not allowed to eat Chametz. Now I am not going crazy as some of my religous brother in laws that replace thier dog food because it my contain some Chametz (that is why their dog finished all of Xuxa food…). But I do find it is a good reason to clean your house: all the places you never reach to during you usual weekly cleaning. You find things you think you have lost, and things you wish you have lost…. =)

The Chametz drawer (you either throw it away or “sell” it until the holiday ends)
In Passover (as in Rosh Hashana) your worker must give you a gift. It is part of a tradition and became a law. It depends on where you work, but that gift can be up to 2,000 NIS (around 500$) or a weekend in Europe. When you work with construction contractors, they usually also gives you some chocolate or wine. Because both Atzva and I work as construction engineers:
Nice box of chocolate
A gift with signs of the holiday: Haggada, box for Matzo, a glass for The Elijah prophet and nuts and nut cracker.
An expansive bottle of wine (we kept laughing it is heavy for no reason)
A box of expansive Max Brenner chocolate
