Running above Kfira stream

Hi,
Today I took the side north of Kfira stream for running. Since my injury, I run only 10km which allows me to verify my running routes.

Below in the valley is the village of Katana, which isn’t one of Israel lovers. It is under the Palestinian Authrity, and the seperation wall run just below my path.

In the edge of the valley, on top of an hill where the streams meets is Tel Kfira is which I wrote a bit about  here.

On the edge of the spur that sits north of the stream where it meets Har Adar spur, another village sits in yhe name of Al-Qubeiba. It hosts a beutiful Franciscan church, over built over a Crusador precursor in the 19th century.

Take care
