Hi,
I think we are officially Tel-Avivim. We decided to spend our first (and maybe last) free Friday after the second Coronavirus lockdown waiting in line to the new Maison Kayser Patisserie in Tel Aviv port.
We waited about an hour and an half for it. After we decided to pass and not waited about half an hour in the last times we passed here.
I could say that after a long lockdown, waiting in line waiting in such a line just feel normal. But we don’t usually do it. We prefer to let the hip over the new fashion to pass and only then experience it.
Maybe it is the new us. I mean we did rode together along the Yarkon. Not only Jannaeus, Mindal and I. But also Atzva!
Yep, the girl that refused to ride the bikes on Amsterdam and ever since I met her explained she know how – “I just hate it”.
Well she also also hate to practice but she did started doing it (I joined her zoom fitness classes since the first lockdown).
So we are waiting in an endless lines, ride on bikes along the Yarkon River, practice in fitness groups…
In Hebrew they would just call us “Tel-Avivim”. Not necessarily, the residents of Tel-Aviv area, un-religous, high salary, high life quality, Left wing voters, anti-Bibi, queer friendly kind of people.
Take Care
Gad
From time to time some worker would just go out with this cart and give everybody (in the line and passing by) small croissant
The small croissant full of butter and folded nicely
Finally! After an hour and an half, Miri (on the left) helped us pick what we wanted
