Mount Dora 🐊

Hi,
In our last day in the trip to USA and will visit in Mount Dora. We hope to see alligators, after all it is Florida 🙂.

Actually it is the day before last, but on our last day we will wake up at 03:30, drive 4 hours to Miami, hope that our Coronavirus test will be ready for the flight, catch the 12:00 flight home and fly 12 hours home.

We thought of going to the Wildlife drive where you can drive around but it was closed (should have check before), so we moved to our 2nd best option.

Mount Dora is a small town on lake Dura about an hour from Orlando. Our main attraction there was the wooden bridge over the water of the lake at Palm Island Park (see a repetitive motive of wooden bridges over water? 🙂)

We managed to find a look of white Ibis birds, sea- turtles, sneak-birds, butterflies, Lizards and… alligators! 🐊 yep we found them 😌

Aside from it we had ice cream, and walked down the main street to the lake and back. As the kids were hungry we set down to it in a Cuban 🇨🇺 restaurant that fed us in lunch that was enough for a battalion.

Take Care
