We now have a pole in the middle of our living room. You might think we are strengthening the building as it old and might be dangerous. But it is a pole for Atzva pole dance.
Yep, this Atzva new excsrice and I am happy she loves it. She first joined to a fitness group that practiced in the playground*. When the coronavirus started, and were sent to lockdown I joined to jer home fitness training.
But while keep doing it (with a trainer from youtube), Atzva got bored and left the group. She has a colleague that is excersing on a pole for years and she decided to give it a chance – and love it.
I am happy she having any kind of excrsice as it good for body and mind (unlike other things that claims to do so). I was thinking we should use the opportunity and go out one evening on a date to a striptease club. After all this is they real pole dancing…😉
But after watching a scene on a TV show, Atzva explained that it completely different. They girl in the club are doing exotic dance around the pole and not exercise on it.
It reminds me a girl I know that learend in acting school. She wished to go out to a strip club to see how wonderfully they used their body while dancing around the pole. Isn’t it taking the fun out it? 😒

The pole for dance in the middle of our living room. 2 training a week in the studio is not enough, so we now have a pole to practice every evening 🙂
I tried pole dance a bit, but I don’t think I will be on top 5 Olympic, at least I did not fell down from it…
