Just as it seems we have passed the Coronavirus, and it just a thing China is used to control its population (under the Zero Covid policy) it hit me – Long COVID.
Atzva and Mindal had the Coronavirus about 2 months ago, when I was called back from my military reserve. Jannaeus and I were with in quarantine with them and have been checked daily – but we were Negative the all time. But I guess we did got it. Maybe not in such a violent way is they did (they were generally OK, just a bit more tired).
Now it hard for me to breath, and it sometimes get to a point I have no air. I do manage to run, but it takes me more effort than before. I do try to run faster than before, but I look at the clock when I back home and realize it took me the same time as before but I am exhausted.
This shortage of air, comes along with a pain in the chest. More like my heart itself suffering from the situation, or working harder to get me enough oxygen*.
Along with the Vasovagal syncope, having no air makes things harder than ever. I find myself lying down on the floor, or holding myself from painting more often those days.
I do not know how long this Long COVID will last, by I do hope it will end up soon.
