Hi,
From the third day of war (Monday), the donations started flawing from people all over Israel.
We good everything: warm food, cold food, canned food, toothpaste, shampoos, soap, deodorants, shirts, socks, softshells, shoes, underwear, leatherman, watches, generator, candies, waffles, soups, etc… (the rumor is all camping and travelers stores are now empty)
We got so many donations that we ended up pushing things back to the company sergeant major, as we did not have enough space in the APCs. We trying to packed those for equipment and clear out all the boxes outside, but we never manage to empty all the boxes 
Not all of the donors write down their names or where they are from, so you can not thank them. But many do write down notes with the above.
Many more write down notes asking us to keep us safe and them safe. Most heart touching notes are from the small kids. We got a couple of small chocolate crossness with a note wish us bon appetite. Another kid wrote on the warm dish we got: I hope you f**k them with so many spelling mistakes we were not sure that want he meant…
