Outstretched Arm 💪 operation – 288th day of war

Hi,
Outstretched Arm operation today was the Israeli response for the Houti drone attack yesterday in the middle of Tel-Aviv. The drone attack happened in 3:10 in the night and caused the death of one person, injuring 8 more. Although it was not the first or second Houti drone launched at Israeli it did had a big impact as it exploded in middle of Tel-Aviv without any siren heard.

The response, Outstretched Arm operation, was attack of IAF on Damaging or destroying Houthi arms storage facilities and oil depots at the Hudaydah Port on Yemen. Damaging or destroying Houthi arms storage facilities and oil depots at the port.

The attack happened in a location which is around 2,000 km away from the south most airbase in Israel. Apart from a direct response to the attack on the center of population of Israel, the attack is also a sign to other countries around the Middle East and to especially one – Iran.

Israel does have the ability to strike far from its borders using aircraft, and the attack shows Iran that their nuclear facilities (such in Natanz) are not out of range for Israel Outstretched Arm 💪

There are calls that say that this attack should have came much earlier. During the last 8 months Houtis attacks by drones or ballistic missiles were aimed at Israel. It was only the last one that did kill someone and smashed the personal security of Israel citizens in the middle of Israel.
