The Bibas family bodies will be returned today to Israel as part of 2nd hostage deal final steps. Along with them, the body of Oded Lifschitz will be returned too.
This is a sad day for us all. Although there were rumorsof their death it is now confirmed. The 32-year-old mother and her two children are dead: Kfir, 2 years old, which spent 14 months in Hamas terror organization captivity. And Ariel (5 years old). Their father, Yarden Bibas, was released in the 2nd hostage deal only a week ago.
The day we heard Bibas family will not be released in the firet hostage deal, I had a clash with my Deputy Company Commander over how much ammunition my platoon will get. When I got back to the room with what he let me take, complaining about in anger. Our combat medic was surprised how I am about it. I then realized how angry I am about the Bibas family were not released.
Hamas announced the 3 were killed by IDF attacks without supplying any evidence. As if it is not bad enough, forensics shows the baby and the kid were killed with bare hands in November 2023, about a month after the kiddnap.
But even as the bodies of Shiri Bibas and two kids were returned, the checks showed the body is not of Shiri but of an unidentified Gazan woman.
Even when retruning bodies of a mother and her children, which they murdered in captavity, Hamas terror organization manage to be more cruel – The checks of the body showed the body is not of Shiri but of an unidentified Gazan woman.
And all can think about today ate my kids: Jannaeus, Mindal and Dub…
