Fashion party

Hi,

I did once vote for a fashion party, Kadima, when it was under Tzipi Livni. I can say it was strategic vote, but it ended to be a vote for a party that vanished during that term 😐. Since then I have realized that my vote should be for the party that fit my ideas.

Now I am about to vote another time for a fashion party, but now I am on the right side of this phrase 🙂. It is not a strategic vote, but a vote for my party, Meretz, that has been joining forces with others in the Israeli left wing.

This Fashion party, The Democrat Camp, is composed of Meretz party, and two new main joiners: Ehud Barak (a former IDF chief of staff and former Israel prime minister, who recently rejoined the country politics) and Stav Shaffir (HaAvoda party MK for the fast 6 years, since 2011 protest). And it is been led by Nitzan Horowitz, who left politics for some years and return to lead the party.

The next step might be that Merez will join the Labor (HaAvoda) party. I no longer see a big problem with it, since the Israeli left have been minimized that small differences need to be defined by a party. Can we change the left-right political map that was set in first elections of 2019? We do hope so

It is the rule of supply and demand – the right wing become bigger and supply new parties: the demand is bigger and so is the supply. The left wing become smaller, and the demand become smaller so is the supply. We cannot allow ourselves to waste votes between the parties. The right has bigger electoral force for the moment, they why they have much more parties (although they are joining forces as well).

It might be the first time in my life, but I like this fashion thing 😏. Who know, maybe it will catch and I will start choose my outfit according to the fashion (Not a chance!)

Take Care
Gad
