Hostages rescue – 129th day of war

Hi,
Those were good news to wake up to in the morning, the hostages rescue operation of Louis Norberto Har (70 years old) and Fernando Simon Marman (61 years old) from Hamas Captivity.

It has been a long time since we heard any good news regarding the hostages situation. There are mainly  bad news about hostages that have declared dead in Hamas captivity (and the terror organization still holds their bodies), hostage that have been killed by IAF attacks or no news about another hostage deal that might end up the suffer of those people.

There are still 134 more hostages in Hamas captivity. And I hope they will all soon be again safe and happy with their families in Israel. Just like those two hostages that were kidnapped from their homes in Nir Oz on October 7th.

It has been a heroic and complicated rescue operation that included IDF (Shayetet 13, 7th Armored Brigade and 98th Paratroopers Division), Shin Bet operational unit, and the police Yamam unit, in which the two hostages (65 and 70 old years old) were rappelling down from the building second floor window in Rafah.

During the operation, many terrorists were killed and as one wrote in twitter – This is kind of hostage deal I love – Two hostages were rescued and 30 terrorists were shot dead. Much better than letting go 3 terrorists out of the jail, that is for sure.

Take Care
