I am not the kind of person that stand in front of anything as you already know me. I prefer to be at the back, to the hard work of the back.
But yesterday I step up, wear a green shirt and stand on the middle of the Campus to convince people to vote for Meretz party. The fact that Meretz is a left wing party, and major opinion in Israel is right wing at that got us really nasty reactions when I stood there and later when I open my Facebook.
To tell you the truth – I used to be an outsider, to stand on my opinion against other and the popular opinion (sometimes I think I do it on purpose…=). But even for me it was hard =(.
Funny how each look on what they care, when my friend, that was never interested in politics, asked me about about what I did all he really was care about was my new shoes in the pics – I felt a bit better =) (keep in mind I do walk around in sandals all the time, including winter time…)
