Hi,
It is the 11th week of protests against the judicial reform (or coup if you ask my opinion). The protests are getting wider as more and more cities and towns, which have been considered right-wing and support Bibi, are getting out to protest. Although I am not sure about the numbers going up or going down.
As the discussion over the reform is getting more and more violence in the newspapers, TV, news sites, and social media , so are the protests. Or let be more accurate about it – the reaction to the protests is more violence.
A protestor has been run over by a car in Hertzlia, 2 been run over by a motorcycle in Hertzlia, and Givataim. Protests have been egged in or Akiva. A couple was locked in their car and threatened. Some protestors have been sprayed with foam.
On the other hand, one protestor was arrested for mooning Itamar Ben Gvir.
In the main protest in Tel-Aviv, where I have been, a group of protestors supporting the reform attacked some protestors, while wearing face masks and holding a sign saying: Left wingers are traitors.
