Yellow Ribbon – 77th day of war 🎗️

Hi,
Along the slogan, Bring Them Home Now, the people of Israel show their support in the kiddnaped hostages by tying a yellow ribbon.

You can see it on cars, bicycles, trees, handrails, shops, key chains and more.

For me, it brings me back the memories of the orange ribbon that those objects to the disengagement from Gaza on 2005 used to wear.

I guess that for you, or to older Americans, it might remind the song Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree (the tree in the entrance to my parents settlement Har Adar reminded it to me). Which talks about a prisoner coming back home after serving his time. He is not sure if his loved one wants him back and asks her to tie a yellow ribbon around the old oak tree if she does. When he is back, he sees a 100 yellow ribbon around the tree 🙂

I do hope all the 128 hostages still held by Hamas (including the baby, Kfir Bibes) will soon be back home to see those all yellow ribbons for them.

But since the hostages released in the hostages deal on the cease fire, no more life hostages came back. But along the time, more hostages are declared dead. Today, another hostage was declared dead – Gad Haggai, 73 years old. He was murdered on the Black Sabbath, and it body was kiddnaped to Gaza strip. His wife Judy, considered to be held injured as an hostage under Hamas‘  hands.

Take Care
Gad
