We passed McDonald’s USA biggest branch, which is in Orlando. Yes, after San-Fransisco we flew to Florida to see our friends, and as it was cheaper to fly home this way.
First McDonald’s in Israel was opened on 1993 in Ayalon mall. Nathan puked after eating cheeseborger and milkshake. It made me stopped eating diary and meat for some time. It is some of Judaism Kosher laws, and I thought that is why he puked (it was probably because he just ate too much).
But we ate McDonald’s earlier than that. No, we have’nt been aboard. But Aba was aboard, he visited his cousin in Moscow that her husband was sent over to open the first McDonald’s branch in Russia.
We woke up in the morning said Hi to Aba, watched him put the Take Away boxes in the green refrigerator and went to school. That is what we had for lunch that day.
Since then I tried to avoid it, when I used to go out we friends and later on until one day in South America I decided it was more important to sit down with the friends. But since then I back to avoid it.
Atzva on the other hand did not eat it until at age 33 we stopped and bought heran hamburger there. She ex-religous and as first branches were non-kosher and a bit expensive she did not have a chance for it.
