The protestors of Kaplan force are back on the streets, and tonight, they were closing the roads to Knesset members’ houses as well as well Highway 2.
The protestors are calling for the government to resign, to take responsibility for the failures that led to the October 7th massacre of the Black Sabbath. They can blame the IDF and the rest of the security forces, but the responsibility for the war is on the government as well.
The protests are back on the streets, but unlike the protests against the judicial overhaul, they do not take place on Motza’ei Shabbat, but during the week nights. Sabbath night are the hostages families protest time. The still is not over, the hostages are still held in Hamas captivity for more than 130 days , and we all want them back home now.
The protest are not big. Some say it is because some of the protest organizations are focusing on supporting the evcauated citizens from the north and the south. There are also many reserve duty soldiers still in the army.
For me, the protests are not relevant as I am on reserve duty service in the north of Israel along the border with Lebanon. Nothing prevents me to join in (legally speaking), but I am just not at home olin the moment. And on short After vacations I am at home, I prefer to spend the time with Atzva and the kids.
