IDF spokesperson announcement from today: Over the night, terrorist Hamas fired more than 30 mortar bombs at Israeli civilians. IDF responded by hitting military targets, inc terror tunnels (map). We will defend our civilians by all means necessary. Hamas bears responsibility.

Till now there are dozens of mortar shells and 31 rockets, of which 6 were intercepted.
Kite terror
In the meanwhile, every day about 20 fires are set around Gaza strip by terror kits and terror balloons. You can see how the western Negev looks like in pics over here. after couple of days of fight. attached are pics from the Black South Facebook group:
