On the way to San Cristobal de Las Casas Palenque, Chiapas, Mexico
I didn’t like that game, but I let Atzva keep playing it because it seems to make her happy.
The game was a version of “21 questions”.
Everybody in the bus, that talks Hebrew, decided they had to guess things about us. They started with to guess where we married, what was our song, where I study, what I study, where she is from, and then…..
Where was I in the army.
There is something about where you spent your army service, that can make Israelis go crazy. From that point people that slept, or pretended to sleep just not let the un-Hebrew part of the bus realize they Israelis, join to the game…
Engineering Corps if you ask, but nobody manage to think of that corps, what led to a tornado of guesses – Golani, Armored Corps,Givati, Artillery corps, Paratroopers…. and when they run out of the regular units, they started throwing names of special units – Shayetet,Matkal….
In the end they got it =)
They all were pretty disappointed, they thought I had to be in something top secret if they couldn’t have guess it =)
(In a matter of fact that conversation took place on the bus back from Sumidero Canyon. Just wanted to put all the pictures of the waterfalls =)
