hello,

how are you?

They are all fine. All of them, except Guri, went down today to say goodbye to Shara. It was Shavuot (“weeks”) holiday traditional launch on Shara roof apartment. She’ll spent the next half year in NYC next to her children: she made a lot of salads, a lot of meat and cakes.

Guri didn’t go with them because he got an high school graduation test on Sunday in Tanach – the Jewish Bible (only what you would prefer as the old testament). So he stayed at home to study with his friends.

Mom is teaching her students for Geography high school graduation tests. It is the easiest thing you can study in high school over here. So they made a lot of problematic students take it as a “choice subject”. Mom is mad because they don’t give her enough time to teach them (only half a year and not to much hours). She teach more hours then she getting paid for, just so they will pass the test. Now she asked the principal to get paid for it and she’s afraid she will had to work a lot more then she is now.

Nathan soldiers are in a course, so he does nothing all day and he get them back for the night. He will leave the army on August but still I does not know what he’ll do latter.

We had Shavuot (“weeks”) holiday last weekend. It is the holiday in which the farmers collect what they had planted, so in agricultural settlements there are big celebrations. It is also the holiday of milk and cheese – a lot of cheese cakes and “Blintzes” (thin pancakes rolled with sweet white cheese). Fatma took my parents and they went down to the shore They all got burn down.

Dad niece will have another baby somewhere around July 20th. So the baby will have birthday close to Nathan and Fatma. Dad is taking a parallel course to one of mine, but he does it in Jerusalem. Pretty funny we learn together, Ever thought what it will be to sit down, learn and do homework with your parents? Not as your Mom and Dad, but as persons. Like any other person in your class? Would you be your Mom friend? and your Dad?

Take Care
Gad
