Hi,
Apparently I not only become hungry, horny and tired when called up for military reserve, but I have the uncontrolled desire for Shiftzur – which means to renovate and improve your military equipment.
I thought it comes for Yiddish word, but the word comes is an acronym for… renovation and improvement in Hebrew..
I think the biggest Shiftzur I have ever did was to sew myself a whole tactical vest! Come to think about, Shiftzur is to upgrade something you have, while I had made myself something new. Only couple of months ago, I had realized my brother wish to have it, when I passed it over to one of my soldiers.
Because I managed to ruin and break down my cellphone in each of the last military reserve, I decided to arrange a shockproof case for it.
I do have a UAG case for it daily use (which works above excpected, too bad they stopped make cases for my model and I need to look for it on eBay and Amazon…). But for military reserve I better have special case…
