My knee hurts, after I got some anti-inflammation pills from my family doctor I visit an orthopedic physician. He had found nothing wrong with them, so he sent me off to have Bone scintigraphy.
I went consulting with a friend, having knee problems. He got it since his IDF service. Someone had told me that every Israeli been to the army and served as a fighter has knee problems, the questions is when….
He advised me to read about it before I take it, because a man can only a certain amount of radiation in his life. This test, not only having pretty much radiation, doesn’t revel most of the problems. “He just sent you off to have cup of tea in the school nurse room….”, he explained. “but this time it is a cup of tea with Uranium” I completed.
I read about it, a bit here and there, and decided to go in. But reading about it and realizing how it goes helped me. In the first time, before I got injected with the radioactive material, I was said to stay away 1.5m from kids up to 2 years old and pregnant woman till 10 O’clock. It was a bit of a problem because I had to take Jannaeus from the kindergarten and stay away from Atzva. So I have postponed it to a day I can go sleep in my parents house. Now I am waiting for the results.
